Description

Bring a scene of community life to a Christmas tree or seasonal display with this LS Lowry Bandstand framed decoration. Created on FSC-certified wood, the design reproduces Bandstand, Peel Park, Salford from 1925, presented within a warm metallic-effect wooden frame and finished with a hanging ribbon.

The original pencil drawing captures a popular gathering place in 1920s Salford. Visitors could enjoy music in the park while briefly escaping the surrounding industrial landscape. LS Lowry used pencil to create varied detail, from the trees and assembled crowd to the hazy buildings and chimneys beyond.
