Christmas Postage

To ensure delivery before Christmas, we advise customers that our Christmas cut off date is Monday 15th December. 

UK Shipping

All orders are shipped 2nd class via Royal Mail. Delivery can take between 5-7 days to arrive. Postage is picked up Monday - Friday. However, we work 7 days a week to pack your order, so if you get a notification on a Saturday or Sunday stating your order has been dispatched, it will be picked up the next working day (including bank holidays).

Shipping is charged at £5 - Please note that extra shipping may be charged if your order exceeds 2KG in weight- The customer will be emailed if this is the case. Extra shipping is calculated on the weight of the order. This tends to be on orders with multiple hardback books, 6+ mugs and larger items. Once the extra shipping has been paid your order will be fulfilled and dispatched

 

Framed Prints Shipping

AVAILABLE FOR UK MAINLAND ONLY.

All of our framed prints and canvases are made to order, so please allow 21 days for delivery. You will receive a dispatch notification when the print has been sent to the framer. Once the Frame / Canvas has been made our framers will deliver via a direct dispatch service.

Please note if purchasing other items the regular shipping fee will apply.

 

International Shipping

Please note if your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, you could be subject to import duties, taxes and delivery charges, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will need to pay any additional charges for customs clearance.

Whilst we try to send out orders together, certain products will need to be shipped separately in order for them to arrive in good condition. Prints are shipped separately in postal tubes. Please note you will receive separate customs clearance bills for each delivery. Please note that your country’s customs office may also apply a small administration fee to each delivery.

Please be aware that customs policies vary widely from country to country and we advise you to contact your local customs office for further information. Please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by custom authorities.

EU Shipping Update - Brexit:

We’ve had to temporarily suspend all orders to EU countries until further notice. We hope to resume these orders as soon as possible, and we’ll keep you informed of any changes.

 

Worldwide Shipping 

All orders are shipped via International Standard or International Tracked. Delivery time may vary with overseas orders.

Please note : due to Brexit, deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to unforeseen delays as they pass through EU countries.

Worldwide Shipping is charged at £35.00 per order

Missing Packages

Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 21 days for EU & INT.

We must be notified within 30 days of when the order should have arrived. After this time, we cannot replace any orders free of charge.
