UK Shipping
We send all UK orders 1st class with Royal Mail. Most arrive the next day, but it can take up to 5–7 days. Our postage is picked up Monday–Friday, but we pack orders every day of the week. So, if you get a dispatch notification on a Saturday or Sunday, it means your order is ready to go and will be collected the next working day—even on bank holidays.
Order before 3pm for same-day dispatch.
Shipping is £4.95. If your order weighs more than 2kg (think multiple hardback books, six or more mugs, or other hefty items), we may need to charge extra. If that’s the case, we’ll email you.
Framed Prints Shipping (UK Mainland Only)
All our framed prints and canvases are made to order, so they take a little longer—please allow up to 21 days for delivery. You’ll get a dispatch notification once your print is with the framer, and they’ll deliver it straight to you.
Good news: shipping for framed prints is free.
If you’ve ordered other items too, the standard shipping fee will still apply.
EU Shipping
Right now, we’re unable to ship to the EU. We’re sorry about that.
Worldwide Shipping
If you’re ordering from outside the UK, your country may charge import duties, taxes, and handling fees once your parcel arrives. These extra costs are set by your local customs office, and you’ll need to cover them.
Some items, like prints, are shipped separately (rolled up safely in tubes) to keep them in top condition. This means you might get multiple customs clearance bills. Different countries have different rules, so if you’re unsure, check with your local customs office before ordering.
We ship internationally using International Standard or International Tracked, depending on the destination. Delivery times vary.
Flat rate: £35 per order.

Missing Packages
It doesn’t happen often, but parcels can go missing.
- For UK orders, we can’t issue a replacement until 10 working days after dispatch.
- For international orders, we have to wait 21 days.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of when it should have, please let us know. After that, we won’t be able to replace it free of charge.
